The NZ residential market seems to be gaining some real traction (admittedly off a low base) with March recording the best monthly result since November 2007. In figures released by the REI NZ sales rose 25.3 percent from a year earlier. In Auckland sales rose 17 percent from March last year. The only problem with New Zealand?
